1. About LondonCabCo
LondonCabCo provides London black cab services including airport transfers, private tours, groups and events, weddings and special occasion transport. By making a booking or using our website, you agree to these terms.
2. Bookings and confirmations
A booking is only confirmed when we have accepted the request and sent confirmation by email, phone, WhatsApp or another agreed method. Customers must provide accurate pickup, drop-off, date, time, flight or train details where relevant, passenger numbers, luggage details and any special requirements.
3. Prices and fixed quotes
Quoted prices are based on the journey details provided at the time of booking. A fixed quote may change if the pickup/drop-off point, waiting time, route, number of passengers, luggage, stops, tour duration or service requirements change.
4. Airport transfers and meet & greet
For airport pickups, customers must provide the correct flight number and arrival terminal. We may monitor flight information where possible, but customers remain responsible for notifying us of delays, changes or cancellations. Waiting time, parking, terminal charges or additional airport fees may be charged where applicable.
5. Private tours
Tour times, routes and stops are agreed in advance where possible. London traffic, road closures, weather, security restrictions and local events may affect the route or duration. We will always aim to deliver the best available experience, but exact timings and access to every location cannot be guaranteed.
6. Customer responsibilities
- Be ready at the agreed pickup time.
- Provide correct contact details and journey information.
- Treat the driver and vehicle respectfully.
- Ensure children, luggage and personal belongings are supervised.
- Follow safety instructions given by the driver.
7. No-shows and late arrivals
If the customer does not arrive at the agreed pickup point and cannot be contacted after a reasonable waiting period, the booking may be treated as a no-show. Charges may apply depending on the booking type and time already reserved.
8. Vehicle and driver allocation
We aim to provide the requested vehicle type where possible. If required due to availability, breakdown, traffic or operational reasons, we may provide a suitable alternative vehicle or driver.
9. Delays outside our control
LondonCabCo is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, accidents, road closures, weather, public events, airport issues, police activity, strikes or other matters outside our reasonable control.
10. Payments
Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking. Any unpaid balances, additional waiting time, extra stops, parking, tolls, congestion charges or agreed extras must be paid when due.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, LondonCabCo is not liable for indirect losses, missed flights, missed appointments, loss of profit, or losses caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
