Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General cancellations
If you need to cancel or change a booking, contact us as soon as possible by phone, email or WhatsApp. Cancellation terms depend on the booking type, notice given and whether a driver or vehicle has already been reserved.
2. Airport transfers
Airport transfer cancellations should be made as early as possible. If the driver has already travelled, entered the terminal, paid parking or waited for the passenger, reasonable costs may be charged.
3. Private tours
Private tour bookings reserve driver time and vehicle availability. Late cancellations may be charged partly or in full depending on the notice given, tour duration and any costs already incurred.
4. No-shows
If the passenger does not attend the pickup point and cannot be contacted after a reasonable waiting time, the booking may be treated as a no-show. No-show bookings may be non-refundable.
5. Delays and changes
Where possible, we will try to accommodate delayed flights, changed pickup times or revised plans. Extra waiting time, parking, additional stops or extended tour time may be charged.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method where possible. Refund timing may depend on the bank, card provider or payment processor.
